To begin news production, Avid AirSpeed 5000 server provides 4 channels of SD and HD record and play and easy ingest and playout management using the AirSpeed Remote Console application. Edit While Capture capability lets you edit footage on NewsCutter or Media Composer as it is being ingested. Either editing system also supports Avid Media Access file-based acquisition for fast camera to editor workflow.
For editing, NewsCutter software integrates with leading newsroom computer systems, letting you quickly create high-impact news packages. Media Composer offers full-featured editorial tools, fast file-based workflows, and dependable media management. NewsVision also includes time-saving PhraseFind, which provides fast dialog search capabilities across project media.
Storing all of your media assets in a reliable shared storage system is essential to your workflow. ISIS 5000 delivers dynamic storage technology for real-time shared media production that dramatically enhances your production capabilities and adjusts easily to your changing business needs.
