Enriching Media Archive Web Retrieval

• Displaying segments in the hitlist is a new feature giving users the right scenes right at their fingertips, such as: all goals of a sports event. This feature eliminates clicks and speeds up the production process.
• Media Archive’s web-based Editing functionality has been significantly enhanced to provide a shopping cart experience targeting novice users. This feature allows browsing and ordering content both on Windows and Mac.
• All Web GUIs can be customized, providing users with a GUI made-to-measure for their daily work. Media Archive comes with a set of predefined skins that can easily be adopted to the specific user needs. The creation of skins for certain user groups and the incorporation of the corporate identity are now made easy.
• Global Search and Replace is a new powerful tool for experts and administrators of sophisticated metadata models. It allows comfortable and reliable metadata correction and exchange passes through very large data sets.
