The company is experienced with hardware procurement, assembly and custom software development and has a dedicated laboratory for pre-installation testing. Scheduled training programs are available at corporate headquarters in Kaiserslautern, Germany and can also be arranged at regional office or on-site locations. A variety of maintenance contracts are available, ranging from 'time and materials' through to full 24/7 technical support.
